Please read our policies before making a reservation:
Check In/Checkout for Pioneer Guests: Check in time is 3:00 pm, and check out time is 11:00 am. We will make every effort to personalize our guests’ stays if provided ETA information at time of reservation. Late checkout requests may be made through the front desk only, and are subject to determination based on our occupancy. Additional charges may apply.
Cancellation Policy: All confirmed reservations not cancelled at least 14 days prior to arrival will be the responsibility of the traveler. Full stay is charged and will only be refunded if room is able to be re-rented.
Deposit/Guarantee: All reservations must be guaranteed for arrival with a major credit card with expiration date. If credit card is invalid, reservation is cancelled. The Pioneer will not hold any reservation unless secured with a valid credit card.
Reservations will be pre-authorized for the entire guests stay the morning of arrival. If guests method of guarantee does not accept the pre-authorization, that reservation will be held until 5pm local time after which time the reservation will be cancelled.
Smoking Policy: The Pioneer Motel is a 100% non-smoking facility. This also includes vape pens. Smoking is not permitted in the rooms or on the sidewalks, but is acceptable in the designated smoking area. Should it be determined that smoking has taken place in a guest room, the hotel will charge a $400.00 cleaning fee, placed on the guest folio before or after check-out. Marijuana is not permitted at all on the property.
Pet Policy: We have designated pet-friendly rooms that allow dogs only. (Sorry, no cats). A $50 pet fee is applied per visit (not per night). A $200 security deposit may be charged. Certain breeds are not accepted, shots must be current, dogs must be on a leash at all times, and bags are provided free of charge for your clean-up needs. Should a pet be brought into any of the non-pet rooms, a $300.00 cleaning fee will be charged and guests will be asked to leave immediately.
Extra Person Fee: Room rates are listed for room type and are not based on number of occupants (Queen up to 2 guests- King up to 2 guests and Queen/Queen up to 4 guests). Additional adults sharing a room will incur a charge of $150 per night, per person, due to fire code regulations and will be asked to leave immediately.
Tax: 3% bed tax and 5% sales tax are charged per night.
Minimum Age Requirements: All guests must be 18 years or older to confirm guestroom accommodations. A valid photo ID must be presented at the time of check in for age verification..
Payment Policy: In order for guest accommodations to be confirmed, at the time of check in sufficient credit credentials for payment of accommodations must be provided through the authorization of a debit or credit card. When a debit or credit card is presented for authorization, please be advised that a credit hold in the amount of $200.00 will be applied.
